Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cured ham, ground (about 1 c.)
    1/2 lb. ground lean beef
    1/2 lb. pork, ground
    1/2 c. quick cooking oats or bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 large egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into loaf pan.
    Top with 1 teaspoon prepared mustard and 1/3 cup brown sugar.
    Spread over loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
