Clam Casino Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. green pepper
4 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
3 (6 oz.) cans clams, chopped with juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. breadcrumbs
8 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
Preparation

Saute butter, onion, garlic and peppers.
Add parsley, Tabasco, garlic powder and oregano.
Stir.
Add clams and lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs and bacon.
Put into casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
