Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box xxxx sugar
Preparation

In oblong 9 x 13-inch pan spread nuts on bottom of pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Place coconut on top of nuts.
Mix cake mix as directed and pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together; add powdered sugar.
Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
