Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. plain flour
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Stir and add carrots and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured long cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
