Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    2 large tomatoes, cut in thin wedges
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine vegetables. Toss lightly.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add vegetables and sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring twice during cooking period.
    Makes 6 servings.
