Ingredients

1 can sliced beets
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. beet juice
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the beets and margarine.
Over a low heat, cook until boiling.
Add sliced beets and simmer until thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat and add margarine.
Serve immediately.
