Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 loin pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 can water
6 large potatoes, thinly sliced
pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer potatoes on bottom. Brown pork chops and drain.
Place on top of potatoes and sprinkle with pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
