Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
 
1 can Mexicorn, drained
green onions, chopped (any amount)
tomatoes, chopped (any amount)
black olives, sliced (any amount)
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
mayonnaise to taste
small amount of sugar to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Cook bread mix according to directions.
 
Let cool and crumble.
Set aside.
Mix Mexicorn, green onions, tomatoes, black olive and bacon.
Mix some mayonnaise and small amount of sugar. In a glass bowl, layer corn bread, Mexicorn, tomato, onion, olive and bacon mix; then mayonnaise mixture.
