Green Chile-Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
12 corn tortillas
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
chopped chicken
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Combine onion, cheese and chicken.
Place 3 tablespoons on each tortilla.
Roll and place in 13 x 9-inch greased dish.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add flour.
Stir until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add chicken broth; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream and green chilies.
Pour sauce over tortillas and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
