Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato (baked)
    powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Smash the peeled baked potato. Add powdered sugar until the mix is stiff.
    Roll out on wax paper.
    Spread peanut butter in a thin layer over potato and sugar mixture.
    Roll up and put in refrigerator.
    Chill for about an hour.
    Cut into small pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
    Ready to eat anytime!
