Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation

In large bowl, with wooden spoon, stir all ingredients until well mixed.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, about 2-inches apart.
Bake about 20 minutes until lightly browned in a 375\u00b0 oven.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
