Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced (grated) onion
    1 small can chopped water chestnuts (optional)
    2 c. lite natural Kraft shredded Colby or Monterey Jack (comes in pkg.) or 1 c. Cheddar, shredded
    2 c. favorite crackers
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package directions.
    Mix ingredients into vegetables and spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
