Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic (on a toothpick)
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cut beans into 1/2-inch pieces and cook with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper until all water has been absorbed.
    Stir in vinegar and serve chilled.
