Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings (12 to 15)
    1/4 c. hot sauce (Tabasco, Louisiana)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cut wings at joint.
    Deep fry at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy.
    Drain.
    Combine hot sauce and butter.
    Heat.
    Dip wings in sauce and coat completely.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn; baste with more sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
