Ethel'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 qt. flour
    7 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    4-5 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk (approximately)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add shortening and blend well. Combine eggs with 1 c. milk.
    Add to the dough.
    Yield 4 3/4 lbs.
