Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 can chunked pineapple (keep juice)
1 can mandarins oranges (keep juice)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 kiwi
1 banana
2 pkgs. knox gelatin
Preparation

Coat pizza pan with Pam.
Place cookie dough on pan (starting in middle and work outwards) until
pan is covered.
Bake according to directions.
cool completely.
Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread on dough.
Arrange fruit.
Mix juice with gelatin, bring to boil.
Stir occasionally.
Cool until slightly thicken.
Spread on fruit.
Refrigerate.
