Baked Chicken And Broccoli(Low-Salt, Low-Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    18 slices cooked chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 2 minutes
    less than directed on package. Drain. Spread on bottom
    of
    baking
    dish.
    Melt
    margarine. Blend
    in flour and pepper.
    Add
    broth
    and
    milk.
    (Best
    to remove from heat while
    adding.)
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes. Add cheese.
    Pour half the sauce over broccoli.
    Add chicken; cover with
    rest
    of sauce.
    Bake 10 minutes or more in 425\u00b0 oven or until slightly brown.
    Serves 6.
