Grandma B'S Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake Fleishman's yeast
    1 pt. milk, scalded and cooled
    2 Tbsp sugar
    4 Tbsp butter
    3 pts. flour
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk.
    Add butter and 1-1/2 pts. flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cover and let rise until light.
    Add rest of flour or enough to make a dough, add salt. Knead well and let rise.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with a biscuit cutter.
    Brush with butter.
    Crease through with dull edge of knife and fold over.
    Let rise until light and bake about 10 minutes in moderate oven.
