Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel the squash.
    Mix squash, diced onion, salt and sugar in a pot
    with water.
    Boil for 15 minutes, then drain.
    In a separate bowl, mix melted margarine, flour, eggs, milk and grated cheese. Add cooked squash to bowl.
    Mix together, then pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
