Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 onion or green onions
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil or butter
    Tony's Creole seasoning or salt and pepper
Preparation
    Nuke (microwave) potatoes.
    Saute onion in oil or butter.
    Cut up cooked potatoes and add seasoning and cook until potatoes are browned.
    Serve hot.
