Fluffy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread, torn in pieces
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine bread pieces, milk and egg and mix well.
    Add onion, catsup and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Add ground beef and mix with hands.
    When this is mixed thoroughly, put into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Just before it's done, spread catsup on top and finish cooking.
