Vegetarian Nut Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 medium onions, chopped
1 lb. tofu
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. chopped pecans or sunflower meal
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. bread crumbs
2 1/2 c. soy milk
1 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
-
Saute in water and oil, celery and onions.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Place in lightly oiled loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0. Loaf may have to be covered with tinfoil near end of baking if top begins to get too brown.
Good served with gravy.
