Pork Chops En Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
2 chopped onions (medium size)
3 Tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 c. tomato puree or sauce
Preparation

Trim off excess fat from pork chops.
Roll them in mixture of bread crumbs, salt, pepper, sage and curry powder.
Saute in hot oil in skillet until brown.
Remove from skillet and place chops in casserole.
Top with green pepper and onions.
Pour tomato puree or sauce over.
Cook in a slow oven, 300\u00b0, for 2 hours.
