Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 cans whole corn, drained
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Drain corn well; pour into casserole dish.
Beat eggs, then add can milk, salt and sugar.
Pour over corn; dot with a tablespoon of butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (until blade of knife comes out clean.)
