German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. Pet milk (1 tall can)
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    4 c. cooked, sliced, hot potatoes
    1 Tbsp. mustard (dry)
    paprika to garnish
Preparation
    Fry bacon; set aside. Melt butter; add onions and pepper. Cook. Blend flour, sugar and salt; add milk. Cook over low heat; stir in vinegar and mustard. Pour over potatoes and toss lightly. Put paprika on top.
