Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
3/4 c. green peppers, finely chopped
3/4 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. cauliflower, finely chopped
3/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
3/4 c. broccoli, finely chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise or salad dressing and dry Ranch dressing mix.
Mix chopped vegetables into cream cheese mixture and spread over cooled crescent rolls.
Sprinkle top with Cheddar and Mozzarella.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
