Swiss Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine cheese and mayonnaise.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
    (If necessary, beat smooth with rotary beater.)
    Mix in sour cream; beat.
    Dash with paprika. Serve with hot cauliflower or asparagus.
    Makes 1 cup.
