Carob Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped dates
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 to 1/2 c. carob powder
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Soften dates over low heat.
    Stir.
    Add raisins.
    Heat until pasty.
    Add carob and stir until smooth.
    Add peanut butter and stir well.
    Add seeds and coconut.
    (Mixture will be stiff.) Spread into a 5 x 8-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
