Baked Stuffed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    butter
    salt
    pinch of cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    milk
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in oven at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Spoon out 1/4-inch from shell.
    Place in bowl and mash.
    Add butter, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk to taste. Whip.
    Return to shells and refrigerate.
    Heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
