Hot And Spicy Cornmush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (hot)
    1 gal. boiling water
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    yellow (plain) cornmeal
    dried hot peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Boil water and add uncooked sausage.
    Add spices.
    Add cornmeal to boiling mixture.
    Turn heat to medium.
    Add cornmeal until \"thick\" texture.
    Remove from heat and place in loaf pan and refrigerate until firm.
    Slice thin and fry until golden brown.
