3 Finger Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Pioneer baking mix
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a baking sheet.
    Blend biscuit mix and milk; stir well.
    Turn onto surface sprinkled with baking mix and form a ball.
    Knead 3 or 4 times.
    Roll or pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with sharp 2-inch cutter without twisting and place close together on baking sheet.
    Let rise a few minutes. Then with 3 fingers, pat biscuits down.
    Bake 11 to 13 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter or margarine before baking or after. Yields 18 biscuits.
