Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 level c. sugar
2 eggs
1 level tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 small can whole cranberries
1/2 c. crushed walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine.
Add sugar gradually.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, with mixer at medium speed.
Reduce speed and add dry ingredients that have been sifted together, alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients.
Add flavoring.
Grease 8-inch tube pan.
Put 1/3 batter in pan, then swirl 1/3 cranberry. Repeat 2 more times.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Let cool for 5 to 8 minutes.
Then remove from pan. Frost cake while warm.
