Natalie'S Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, cut up (round pieces)
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    1 can (drained) chestnuts or oriental vegetables (bamboo shoots, mixed, etc.)
    1/2 bottle Kikkoman stir-fry sauce (use less if there is enough moisture)
    1/2 tsp. lite soy sauce
    1 lb. shrimp, bay scallops or imitation crab
    any other vegetables you may wish to use (if frozen, drain in hot water first)
Preparation
    Stir-fry in wok or large (no stick) pan until vegetables are done, but not too soft, in about 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Add your shrimp, scallops or imitation crab meat; stir-fry
    another 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
