Banana Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    3 c. milk
    3 medium size ripe bananas
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks with milk.
    Mash bananas through foodmill or blender.
    Add egg-milk mixture, salt and nutmeg.
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Add to banana mixture and beat until frothy.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields four (8 ounce) servings.
