Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
lump of butter
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Separate eggs and reserve egg whites for meringue.
Mix remaining ingredients and cook slowly until like jelly.
Bake pie shell.
Put mixture in pie shell and cover with meringue made from the egg whites.
