Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, salted and peppered
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream (can use low-fat kind)
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts, barely covered in water, until done. Take meat off bone and cut into bite size pieces.
    In a large bowl, mix broth from chicken, soup, sour cream and chicken together.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers over top and drizzle melted margarine over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until it bubbles and crackers are browned.
    Serve over rice.
