Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash (3 c. cooked)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together and drain well.
    Mix drained squash and onion with rest of ingredients.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Spread cracker crumbs on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
