Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped corn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popped corn in a large roasting or baking pan and set aside.
    Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt in a saucepan.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn; toss to coat well .
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool, break apart and store in an airtight container.
