Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Blend in flour and add cream, cheese and milk.
    Boil slow.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Place in 1-quart casserole and top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
