Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes (medium to large)
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
pie shells
Preparation

Boil potatoes until soft.
Peel potatoes (works well under cold, running water).
Mash potatoes well until lumps are out. Add butter and sugar to hot potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients. Beat briefly until well mixed.
Pour into prebaked frozen pie shells.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
