Green Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork roast
    2 Tbsp. flour
    water
    2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
    1 (28 oz.) green chili strips
    1 (28 oz.) peeled tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) diced jalapenos
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice pork roast and fry until brown.
    Add flour and water to make gravy.
    Dice green chili, tomato and garlic.
    Add diced jalapenos and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on medium about 5 hours.
    Add salt and pepper during cooking time.
    Serve over burritos or with tortillas.
