Cream Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 containers crescent rolls
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg white
    Fresh blueberries
    Chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place one roll of crescent rolls in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 dish.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla together and spread on top of rolls.
    Add blueberries (or selected fruit of your choice), and top with the second roll of crescent rolls.
    (I roll these out on my pastry sheet to seam the rolls together and to enlarge it slightly.)
    Crimp the edges of the two crust layers together.
    Beat one egg white until frothy and brush on top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
