Lamb Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground lamb
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    6 unsweetened pineapple slices
    6 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Gently mix
    together
    lamb,
    green
    pepper,
    soy sauce, lemon rind and
    ginger.
    Shape
    into 12 patty, slightly larger than the pineapple
    slices.\tTop
    6\tof
    the
    patties
    with\ta pineapple slice.
    Spoon
    1 tablespoon of yogurt into center of each.\tTop the
    pineapple
    with another lamb patty.
    Pinch the edges together all around to form a large burger.\tGrill about 4-inches above heat for
    6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
