Fabulous Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 scant tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs into sugar, one at a time.
Mix dry ingredients and blend with oil.
Add to egg and sugar mixture. Fold in carrots and nuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
