1 c. apricot jam
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. instant orange peel
2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

In microwave-safe glass dish, combine jam and margarine. Microwave on High (100% power) 30 to 60 seconds or until margarine is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Use as a browning glaze for whole turkey or turkey portions.
Yields 19 tablespoons.
