Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini squash
    4 c. onions
    2 red peppers
    2 green peppers
    5 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel squash.
    Grind all vegetables.
    Add 5 tablespoons salt. Let stand overnight.
