Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork chops
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Quickly brown pork chops in cooking oil; debone.
    Place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add in layers of potatoes, onion and green pepper.
    Mix soup with 1 can of water; pour over layers. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
