Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
3 c. apples
Preparation

Prepare fresh apples, diced small and set aside.
Measure salad oil into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar.
Beat eggs until creamy with low speed.
Sift flour and measure and sift again with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add a small amount of flour at a time and beat well after each addition.
When all flour has been added and batter becomes stiff, remove mixer and fold in nuts and raw apples. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
