Apple Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pork sausage
2 c. diced apples
2 c. cracker crumbs
2 c. white bread
2 c. chicken broth
1 medium size onion
3 Tbsp. sage
3 ribs celery
2 c. corn bread
Preparation

Dice celery and onion; cook in chicken broth until done.
Mix sausage, apples, cracker crumbs and crumbled corn bread.
Add the onion and celery.
Add the sage the last thing to suit your taste. I bake this separately at 400\u00b0.
I make gravy and put some on top of dressing when it is served.
