No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1 egg
Preparation

Combine flour, shortening and salt.
Combine vinegar, water and egg.
Add to flour mixture; mix to form dough.
Roll out to desired thickness for pies and cobblers.
Makes 3 single pie crusts.
